- Provide deskside support to end users, collaborating with a service desk and customer IT support team.
- Resolve support requests with a focus on timely and quality customer service.
- Tech-savvy individual who adapts quickly to new technology.
- Support within a manufacturing setting, including troubleshooting standard PC hardware and software.
- Deskside support experience with basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, printing, networking, and file shares.
- Proficient in resolving Windows 10 Operating System issues.
- Proficient in the latest Microsoft Office Applications (Office 365).
- Experience with ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy or Service Now.
- Printer and scanner support across various brands and types.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and computer asset tracking.
- Experience with user ID creation and network phone (VoIP) system support/administration.
- Knowledge of Symantec Virus Scan software and ability to work across multiple platforms/devices.
- Researching skills to resolve technical issues with the knowledge of when to escalate for assistance.
- Physical ability to walk, bend, connect computer equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs. of electronic equipment as needed.
- Compliance with central compliance group activities.
- 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day on the 1st shift over a 5-day work week.
- Flexibility to do overtime or off-hour work as required.
