  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of API design and development, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with middleware platforms (, Neuron, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus) and reverse ETL tools (, Hightouch, Census, Grouparoo).
  • Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and/or deliver solutions as a solo engineer.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Salesforce languages where required ( Apex, SOQL).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education/Years of Experience:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Integrations Engineer or similar role, with a focus on enterprise-level integrations.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrations between various software systems and platforms, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and provide technical guidance.
  • Implement and maintain APIs, web services, and message queues to facilitate data exchange between systems.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Monitor integration processes, analyze logs, and perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Document integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
