- Must be able to demonstrate proper and basic power and hand tool knowledge and usage
- Must be willing to learn from others around them in proper field techniques and skills
- Completion of jobs in a timely manner that satisfies the customer
- Willingness to learn this trade and the skills that come with it to be a valued employee
- Will need to occasionally work out of town as well as overtime and weekends (scheduled in advanced)
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work in tight spaces, from heights and ladders
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Be willing to work in different weather conditions: heat, cold, light rain, snow
- Must adhere to all company safety policies and wear proper PPE at all times
- High School diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 10 or 30 (Not required But beneficial)
