The CMO will report to a new CEO/physician leader who truly embraces the value a clinician contributes to the strategic direction of an organization.
The CMO will have responsibility for the Health Services Department to develop and implement a strategy for delivering innovative, equitable, high-quality healthcare solutions for members while making data-driven decisions and effectively managing the total cost of care.
This is an incredible opportunity for a physician leader to showcase their prior success in growing Medicare Advantage programs and building strong provider partnerships.
