Job DescriptionPosition Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The LVN will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of individuals in our care.
Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and support to patients under the direction of registered nurses and medical staff.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Conduct health assessments, screenings, and documentation of patient medical histories.
Monitor and assess the health status of patients, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records in accordance with established protocols and confidentiality guidelines.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of nursing practice.

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Proficiency in medication administration, nursing assessments, and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
CPR certification (BLS) required.
