    What You Will Do:
    Our consultants focusing on data science and analytics help clients maximize the value of their data.

    These high performing individuals works with clients to implement the full spectrum of data analytics and data science services, from data querying and wrangling to data engineering, to data visualization, dashboarding, and business intelligence (BI), to predictive analytics, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI).

    Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness.

    Provide the full spectrum of data science services to support the mission of National Security clients.
    Engage clients to define requirements, elicit feedback, and communicate results.

    Collaborate with other data science and analytics professionals across our Defense & Security segment and provide data science / data analytics / business intelligence services on cross-functional teams delivering other consulting services as well.

    Focus on client services, while also supporting business development, internal firm initiatives, and ongoing professional development in data science, analytics, and consulting.

    Analyze large and complex datasets (structured and unstructured), with a strong aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    Query and join data using SQL.
    Wrangle, clean, and analyze data using Python or R.
    Develop advanced dashboards using Tableau, demonstrating data visualization and business intelligence (BI) best practices.
    Uphold strong data management.
    Write technical process documentation.
    Communicate/present ideas, methods, and results to clients, and explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
    Identify and address client needs, build strong client relationships, and driving initiatives forward.
    Support business development including RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses and white papers.
    Operate successfully on remote projects as well as hybrid on-site projects in the DC metro area.


    What You Will Need:
    An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
    Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of relevant professional experience OR a M.S./M.A. degree in a relevant quantitative and computational discipline.
    Proficiency in querying and joining data using SQL.
    Proficiency in wrangling, cleaning, and analyzing data using Python or R.
    Proficiency in developing advanced dashboards using Tableau.
    Ability to support remote projects and hybrid on-site projects in the DC metro area.

    What

    Would Be Nice To Have:
    Active Top Secret clearance.
    M.S. or M.A. in a relevant quantitative and computational discipline.
    2+ years of relevant professional experience.
    Tableau Desktop Certification.
    Experience utilizing Tableau jointly with Python or R.
    Experience scraping data using Python.
    Experience in machine learning model development using Python or R.
    Experience supporting Federal National Security organizations.
