    Boutique Recruiting has partnered with a thriving real estate firm in search of an experienced and adaptable Senior Accountant to join their team in a hybrid position, based out of Nashville, TN This position offers the unique opportunity to manage financial books across subsidiaries, oversee payroll, ensure accurate investor reporting, and supervise outsourced accounting functions with the goal of moving towards an increasingly in-house operation.

    Salary Range:
    $95, 000 - $115, 000 / year DOE


    Senior Accountant Requirements:
    Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    4-7 years of experience in real estate accounting
    Corporate or property accounting;ownership side is preferred
    Strong GAAP knowledge;CPA is a plus
    Experience with Yardi or similar robust ERP systems and Microsoft Suite required
    Ability to handle a fast-paced and changing environment with minimal structure
    A desire to eventually build and manage a team
    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and wear multiple hats within a dynamic environment
    Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders


    Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
    Manage and oversee financial books for all subsidiaries
    Supervise payroll operations and conduct final approvals
    Handle investor reporting and relationship management, including capital calls
    Oversee outsourced property accounting functions to gradually bring more tasks in-house
    Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash forecasting, and treasury management
    Manage annual audit processes and ensure compliance with investor requirements
