    Job Description:

    We seek a dynamic Director of Digital Marketing & Media who navigates complex brand licensing and relationships. This expert brand builder oversees PR and Influencer activities, manages budget and vendor partnerships including public relations and influencer agencies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create, edit, and develop creative assets for marketing, brand, trade teams in line with brand's DNA and markets' needs in collaboration with Marketing Vice Presidents.
    • Provide professional advice and guidance on social media content for distributors and brands.
    • Lead production stages of assets from concept to delivery to relevant teams.
    • Write copy across marketing channels including website copy, email campaigns, blog posts, video scripts, digital and print ads, etc.
    • Monitor annual content production roadmap and analyze performance and ROI of contents produced.
    • Carry out digital monitoring of new formats/practices to feed internal teams and propose innovative digital content.
    • Build digital strategy for each brand and for new launches and existing lines.
    • Define and execute social media strategy.
    • Originate recommendations for paid media.
    • Develop all digital assets.
    • Orchestrate digital media campaigns and innovative media technics.
    • Elaborate and implement digital toolkit supporting adoption by distributors and retailers.
    • Define touch points with final consumers.
    • Consolidate and track performance of digital activities.
    • Manage and maintain owned social media channels.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Media Management.
    • 10-12 years of experience in related field.
    • Experience working with social engagement tools and platforms.
    • Experience managing Social Media and Advertising Agencies.
    • Experience managing multiple budgets.
    • A proactive self-starter with can do attitude.
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
