    Anticipated EMIS Coordinator Role

    This position is responsible for leading the district's Educational Management Information System (EMIS) efforts, ensuring accurate data collection, verification, submission, and compliance with state and federal regulations. The EMIS Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of student and staff data.

    Key Qualifications:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or post-secondary training in information systems, business, or a related field is preferred.
    • Demonstrated high moral character and strong work ethic are essential.
    • The ability to analyze data accurately identify discrepancies resolve reporting errors independently is crucial.

      We require someone with excellent collaboration skills who can effectively interact with administrators IT staff the Information Technology Center ITC building personnel, and other stakeholders. Experience working confidentially under FERPA guidelines as well as familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations are vital requirements
