    Job Title: Shift Manager I

    Job Description:

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Communicates Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations to store associates.
    • Documents policy violations and conducts disciplinary actions when needed.
    • Answers questions and provides guidance to guests and associates.
    • Ensures department standards compliance during shift.
    • Observes sales floor conditions and takes corrective action.
    • Works with team to maintain standards and exceed guest expectations.
    • Oversees store sanitation during shift.
    • Provides customer service to guests.
    • Assists guests in finding items, addresses concerns, and resolves issues.
    • Assists department associates with daily tasks.
    • Ensures product safety, quality control, and workplace cleanliness.
    • Reports issues to Department Managers.
    • Ensures safety standards compliance and incident reporting.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Maintains regular, timely attendance.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to deal tactfully with guests and associates.
    • Good communication skills in stressful environments.
    • Understanding of safety requirements and policies.
    • Ability to use equipment like forklifts and power jacks.
    • Available to work flexible hours.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
    • Full range of motion and sensory abilities required.

    WORK SCHEDULE

    Shift Manager I position with morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
