- Design, develop, and integrate with Amazon Connect Center solution
- Create the Art of Possible demos and solutions using Generative Ai models such as Anthropic, Bedrock or comparable large language models
- Create quality mockups and prototypes
- Collaborate with DevOps developers to promote solutions to base product
- Optimize AWS solution set for core pillars such as Security, Cost, Performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality products and services.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance our solutions.
- Hands-on experience in C#, Python, and development
- Experience with Machine Learning models
- In-depth understanding of web development process and standards
- Strong familiarity with cloud build tools such as Cloud Formation or Terraform
- Proficient in AWS services, including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.
