    Description
    OverviewTo research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develop and maintain working knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends. Assist with troubleshooting of complex technical issues causing business impact or service degradation. Willingness to be a self-starter in a face paced technical team.

    Responsibilities Full life-cycle project managemento Establish and lead project teamso Develop project plan/scope/schedule/cost/communicationso Procure and/or manage resources/timelines/deadlines/qualityo Risk, Issue and Change managemento Ensure successful project implementationo Scope of responsibility Apply engineering principles into the design and enhancement of new and existing systems Document new system components, or modifications to existing components Perform engineering tasks and assignments in support of business needs Perform engineering technology research, procurement, deployment, and configuration for new and modified systems Present clear, organized and concise information to all audiences through a variety of media to enable effective business decisions Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications Effective database and presentation software skills Effective organizational, planning and time management skills Effective research, analytical, and problem solving skills Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint and Configuration Management environment Familiarity with Group Policy Administration using GPOAdmin or equivalent Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL query authoring Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, Splunk Query Language, and Windows Query Language Familiarity with ServiceNow request, incident, change, and asset management modules Comprehensive knowledge of administering and troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 Willingness to be a self-starter and eagerness to learn new technologiesDesired: Ensure the security and integrity of system and product solutions including compliance with Navy Federal, industry engineering and Information Security principles and practicesHours: Monday
