    ReDiscover is looking for a Clinical Trainer to add to our Clinical Support Department

    WHAT WE DO

    ReDiscover's Training Department and Clinical Support team play a vital role in our agency and clients by developing and delivering a variety of training and learning opportunities for all staff members. The department is also responsible for conducting internal chart reviews and evaluating its compliance. The Team continuously collaborates with program leaders and staff to address training gaps and provide support, with the intent to improve clinical outcomes and employee satisfaction.

    At ReDiscover, while every day is different, a typical day may include the following roles and responsibilities:
    • Using a variety of training designs, tools, and data and produce goal directed objectives for each training experience, virtually and in-person.
    • Working with staff to develop skills in writing individualized treatment plans and corresponding progress notes using Golden thread, SIRP/DAP notes, and concurrent documentation.
    • Training staff on best practices of assessment tools including but not limited to the PHQ-9 and Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale.
    • Training staff on how to manipulate and maneuver through an electronic health record.
    • Participating in various ReDiscover committee meetings to gain an understanding of training needs.
    • Reviewing client records, create and present on data gathered from review of records and findings.
    • Working in collaboration with leadership to maintain records and identify process improvement opportunities.
    We are focused on your development and will spend time helping you continue to grow as a Clinical Trainer. However, here are some things that you will need before starting with ReDiscover:
    • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or another relevant discipline.
    • Clinical licensure in Missouri is preferred.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical work experience required.
    • Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.
    • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite.
