    Crispelli's is seeking a dedicated and professional Caterer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, preparing, and delivering high-quality catering services for a variety of events, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

    Hours are approximately 6am to 1pm

    Pay: $18.00/hr plus delivery fees and tips

    Job Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent
    A minimum of 2 years of catering experience, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
    Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and sanitary practices.
    Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
    Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and catering staff.
    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
    Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to accommodate catering events.
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as some local travel may be required for off-site events.

    Job Summary:

    Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop and maintain catering menus that align with Crispelli's brand and culinary offerings.
    Coordinate with clients to determine their specific catering needs, including menu selection, event details, and any special requests or accommodations.
    Coordinate with drivers to ensure seamless and on-time delivery
    Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and adherence to Crispelli's quality standards and recipes.
    Manage food and beverage inventory, and relay required supply orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels for catering events.
    Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as adherence to local and state health department guidelines.
    Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients and their guests.
    Maintain accurate records of catering orders, invoices, and expenses, ensuring timely and accurate billing and financial tracking of ad-hoc clients and house accounts. Continuously evaluate catering processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
