- Perform various farming tasks on a large scale cannabis cultivation, which includes planting, transferring, harvesting, and cleaning to keep the operations running smoothly.
- Undergo thorough training to master assigned tasks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Execute tasks efficiently, accurately, and safely within the scheduled shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all cultivation areas, equipment, and materials.
- Assist other departments when needed to support overall operations.
- Follow training provided by our Farm Lead and Production Supervisor to excel in your role.
- Align with PharmaCann's mission and adhere to state laws and regulations governing cultivation practices.
- Ensure the upkeep and report any malfunctions in the cultivation area.
- Properly use equipment and supplies and report any issues promptly.
- Sanitize, clean, and maintain cultivation equipment as instructed.
- Communicate plant health concerns with the Farm Manager for resolution.
- Adhere to laws and regulations to maintain quality standards and efficiency.
- Organize and secure all required tags and batches.
- Keep accurate records and report any compliance or safety issues.
- Report directly to the Farm Lead and Production Supervisor.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
- Operate computers and hand tools while standing or sitting for extended periods.
- Work in an indoor agricultural environment, sometimes in warm conditions wearing protective gear.
- Perform physical tasks daily like kneeling, lifting, and bending.
- Adhere to a full-time schedule and occasional overtime to meet objectives.
- At least 1 year of prior agricultural or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment is necessary.
- Display consistent productivity, performance, and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with others.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in manufacturing or agriculture.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
