- Serves as the technical leader and senior SIGINT analyst in the command and primary liaison between ACIC and NSA analysis and production elements.
- Serves as the SIGINT Support Element (SSE) lead analyst responsible for managing, directing, and fusing SIGINT for ACIC.
- Maintains awareness of internal and external collection requirement and priorities.
- Identify collections requirements in the form of Information Needs (IN) as reflected in the Unified Engagement Environment (UEE) as well as tactical requirements in national systems such as PRISM.
- Researches and analyzes social networks and COMINT externals data using NSA databases and tools to develop patterns of life, network exploitation, and target development of foreign targets and/or organizations of interest.
