- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Administrators to create customer billings and address any issues.
- Generate project billings based on customer criteria.
- Understand customer billing requirements including necessary forms, dates, time and materials details, and other relevant documents.
- Create internal project billings and secure approvals.
- Update billing templates and assist in system/process enhancements.
- Review own work for accuracy before submitting to PM for approval.
- Coordinate internal approval processes and customer invoice submissions.
- Investigate and resolve customer billing issues or discrepancies.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- High school Diploma, or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in billing or accounting.
- Prior experience in an automated construction setting is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Viewpoint, time and materials processing, NYS mark billing, or construction sales tax is a plus.
