Business Development Center (BDC) Representative
Join a trusted name in the automotive industry
Romeo Auto Group is seeking a driven, customer-focused BDC Representative to support our sales and service teams. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—handling inbound inquiries, making follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, and helping drive traffic to our showroom. We are seeking candidates who are bilingual, with full proficiency in reading and writing both Spanish and English. Pay range for this position is $35,000 - $60,000 per year. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and messages promptly and professionally
- Schedule sales or service appointments with potential and existing customers
- Conduct follow-up communication to nurture leads and ensure a positive experience
- Accurately record customer information and communication in CRM system
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or dealership BDC preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette and written communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Consenting to a background check

Responsabilidades:
Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante prospección y llamadas en frío

Requisitos:
Experiencia previa en ventas o desarrollo de negocios
Debe ser bilingüe: hablar inglés y español
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación
Capacidad para cumplir objetivos y plazos de ventas
Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo
Conocimiento de la industria automotriz es un plus
