    Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at our office located in City of Industry. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone and email. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
    • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
    • Listen actively to customers' needs and concerns and strive to resolve issues effectively.
    • Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their overall experience.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
    • Positive attitude and passion for helping customers.
    • Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating software applications.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
