    Summary


    The Senior Manager - Environment, Health, & Safety position's main role is to ensure the company's compliance with environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, and driving sustainability initiatives.

    This leadership position requires strategic planning, effective communications and a deep understanding of environmental sustainability practices. They are also responsible for overseeing the implementation of ISO45001 and ISO14001 certifications.

    Responsibilities
    Primary


    Leadership and Team Management:
    Lead and supervise the EHS team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
    Foster a culture of safety, environmental consciousness, and sustainability throughout the organization


    Environmental Compliance:
    Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards
    Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to obtain permits and approvals as required


    Health and Safety:
    Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
    Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective measures
    Provide training programs and educational resources to promote safety awareness and ensure regulatory compliance
    ISO45001 & ISO14001 implementation

    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to EHS performance, environmental metrics, and sustainability initiatives
    Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and areas for improvement


    Environmental Sustainability:
    Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the organization's environmental impact, conserve resources, and promote sustainable practices
    Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, waste reduction, and recycling programs
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability principles into business operations and decision-making processes

    Compensation

    $118,000- $134,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

    Bachelor's Degree Required
