    Job Summary:
    We are excited to add to our team a Benefits Account Executive. This is a position within the Client Services Team.

    This position supports clients from a service role, while working closely with other Client Service Team members, sales team members and applicable carriers and vendors.


    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for maintaining an assigned book of business in conjunction with other team members including a variety of clients
    Handles day to day contact with the client - primarily to answer questions and issue resolution
    Audits all documents sent to the client for review or signature. This includes, but is not limited to stop loss policy, plan documents, amendments, and administrative service agreements
    Completes and audits all internal documents in an accurate and timely manner. These include but are not limited to, commission sheets, group sheets, coverage pages, etc.
    Conducts employee enrollment meetings as requested by the client
    The Account Executive has a direct relationship with the client

    Education/Experience:
    Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
    High School diploma or recognized equivalent is required
    Minimum of 2+ years' related industry experience and/or training, required
    Thorough knowledge of employee benefits insurance, required


    Other Qualifications:
    Proficient in Ease, Employee Navigator, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe and able to use multiple technology devices
    Ability to perform duties in a high-pressured, fast-paced environment

    High degree of critical thinking, organizational and decision-making skills as well as a high degree of initiative and attention to detail.

    Ability to determine work priorities and remain flexible as needs and priorities change
    Professional telephone skills and etiquette
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Self-motivated and ability to work independently with limited supervision or within a group or team
    Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages, adding, subtracting, multiplying and division
    Ability to apply mathematical operations to required tasks

    Excellent oral and written communication skills, command of the English language and bilingual Spanish would be preferred

    Pay Details:

    Annual Salary:
    $85,000 - $105,000
