- License: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of responsible nursing experience, with at least three years in a management or supervisory role in a skilled nursing facility.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, regulatory requirements, and healthcare standards.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills with a proven track record of staff development and retention, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Integrity and Confidentiality: High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for the principles of resident rights, confidentiality (HIPAA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Technology and Financial Skills: Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant healthcare technology, as well as ability to develop and manage budgets.
- Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
