    Ricerchiamo un Sales Associate da inserire in uno dei nostri stores di Modena. Quindi, se ti appassiona l'idea di lavorare in un contesto aziendale internazionale, stimolante e inclusivo il cui obiettivo è la soddisfazione dei nostri Clienti, se ti stimola l'idea di entrare a far parte di un Team motivato e orientato al raggiungimento dei risultati, candidati per questa opportunità.

    Responsabilità:

    • Assistere i/le nostri Clienti, soddisfacendo le loro esigenze e garantendo loro un'esperienza eccellente all'interno dello store;
    • Apprendere e condividere le conoscenze relative ai prodotti e alle tendenze, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze della clientela;
    • Stimolare le vendite garantendo la corretta implementazione degli standard aziendali di Visual Merchandising in collaborazione con il dipartimento di Visual Merchandising;
    • Contribuire a creare un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e positivo.

    Qualifiche:

    • Buone capacità comunicative ed empatiche per coinvolgere i/le Clienti e garantire loro un'esperienza Cliente eccellente;
    • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
    • Approccio curioso e proattivo;
    • Buone capacità di problem solving;
    • Flessibilità e disponibilità al lavoro festivo e nel week-end;
    • Iscrizione alla lista delle Categorie Protette (Legge 68/99).
