    Responsibilities:


    The primary purpose of your job is to assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.

    Such activity must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that governing our facility, and as may be directed by the director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times.


    Education:
    Must be 17 years old at the time of hire

    Experience:
    Must be a graduate of an approved Nurse's Aide Training Program

    Licenses/Certification:
    Current C.N.A. certification in the state of Colorado. Have gone through a Certified Training Program. Must have an maintain a valid Colorado Driver's License.

    Physical Requirements

    Occasionally (0-33%) - Standing, sitting, change position, reach, reach across midline, crouching/squatting, lifting (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-20 lbs), pushing/pulling lbs)

    Frequently %) - Walking, handling, fingering, stooping

    Continuously %) See with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance

    Shift - 8, 10, 12 hour shifts

    Compensation:
    $ $23.50/hr, depending on experience.

    All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period in a Full Time or Part Time position are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.

    Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.

    Work Environment

    As a health care organization, we operate 24/7, 365 days per year. Candidates should be available to work a variety of shifts (days shift and night shift), weekends, and holidays. This position is full-time, with 12 hour shifts.

    This position can be fast paced at times, and slow paced at times, and candidates should be able to perform in both scenarios.
