Soliant, in collaboration with local school districts in Natchitoches, LA, is currently seeking a dedicated School-Based Psychologist for a contract position during the uping school year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing essential psychological services and support.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Current licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Louisiana.
• At least one year of recent experience working as a School Psychologist.
• Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in school psychology.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and educational teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Interpret assessment results and provide remendations for educational programming and intervention.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students to support their social and emotional well-being.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for supporting students' success.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as required.
• Collaborate with munity agencies and resources to provide prehensive support to students and families.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessment results, intervention plans, progress reports, and other relevant information.
