    Job Duration: 13 Weeks
    Shift: 5×7.5 Hour Mid/Evening Shifts (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
    Hours per Week: 37.5 Hours

    Job Summary

    The Pharmacist will provide medication services in an acute inpatient setting, including the Emergency Department and Psychiatric units, while ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing.

    Schedule Details

    • Every weekend schedule
    • Two consecutive days off (Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday)
    • Initial training for 2 weeks, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including EPIC training

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Minimum 1 year of Pharmacist experience
    • Experience in acute inpatient pharmacy preferred
    • Familiarity with pharmacy dispensing systems
    • Experience with sterile processing and IV room preferred
    • Knowledge of EMR systems (EPIC preferred)

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or higher

    Certifications & Licensure

    • Valid New York State Pharmacist license issued by NYSED (Primary Source Verification required)
