    Job Description


    INEOS Energy US Marketing is hiring a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator on a full-time basis for its Houston, TX location.

    This individual will fill a natural gas and crude coordination role.

    This role will schedule wellhead gas produced into a third party owned gathering system, coordinate crude trucking and gathering from INEOS locations, and manage tank inventories to optimize production performance.

    The individual will estimate daily production sales volumes, track imbalances, and coordinate with pipelines for nominations. This individual will be part of a team that manages all commercial aspects of marketing oil & gas.


    Specific Responsibilities:
    Schedule oil & gas on 3rd party gathering systems, communicating changes as appropriate.
    Monitor oil tank inventory and schedule trucks to maintain optimal inventory.
    Monitor oil reject tickets and work with field personnel to minimize associated costs.
    Communicate with internal and external customers to coordinate daily production requirements.
    Work closely with INEOS Energy Trading to provide a forecast of natural gas and crude volume available to market.
    Estimate daily production sales volumes and track multiple production, transportation and well-head imbalances.
    Perform oil & gas scheduling functions related to accurate and timely plant / pipeline nominations.

    Utilize Electronic Bulletin Board (EBBs) systems, as needed, to submit daily nominations as well as monitor pipeline notices for maintenance and other operational postings.

    Monitor and resolve volumetric discrepancies / pipeline cuts.
    Develop and maintain relationships with INEOS Energy Trading, contract administers, essential field personnel, and midstream contacts.
    Act as a liaison with volume accounting for pipeline statement and invoice reconciliation.
    Maintain/Develop scheduling spreadsheets for tracking nominations and imbalances to aid in the optimization of daily flows and sales.
    Read, understand, and retain key commercial contract terms for your scheduling area.
    Support special projects as required.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations management, logistics or similarly related field
    A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience required, 5+ years of experience is desired
    Strong commitment to safety, regulatory and environmental principles
    Demonstrates excellent organization and interpersonal skills
    Strong verbal / written communications skills
    Must be self-motivated and results oriented
    Role requires analytical ability and creativity in problem solving
    Knowledge of relevant industry regulations
    Deep understanding of intrastate, interstate and gathering nomination/sales process
    Ability to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes
    Ability to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner
    Superior working knowledge of Microsoft related products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook and Teams
    Role requires 24x7 responsibility of scheduling area. Weekends can be rotated between backup as agreed
