    Top Tier Manufacturer is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to plan and manage capital growth, maintenance, and process-related improvement projects.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience should include a minimum of 5 years of project management or process improvement experience in an engineering and/or leadership capacity
    • Must have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in a manufacturing culture focused on safety, reliability, and process improvement
    • Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, engineering drawings, and procedure manuals and write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
    • Develop strategies to achieve organizational goals; Understand organizations strengths & weaknesses; Analyze market and competition; Identify external threats and opportunities.
    • Use feedback to modify designs and generate creative solutions.
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have general knowledge of Spreadsheet and Word Processing software; Process simulation software; Project Management software; Accounting software; Order processing systems; Contact Management systems; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software.
    • Follow all statutory, regulatory, and organizational procedures to protect the environment from hazardous waste exposure.
    • Follow all Federal and State Safety Regulations, and company safety policies | procedures; Report potentially unsafe conditions; Aid in correcting unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly.
    • Ideally experience will include metals | non-metals mining industrial minerals processing or continuous process manufacturing where dry powders were processed and handled, as well as experience with process modeling, instrumentation systems | programs.

    Travel Requirements:

    25% - 50%

    The role will be REMOTE out of Colorado or in the Northwest region such as Utah, Northern CA or NV area.
