Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.

Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
Assist with the registration of residents for trips and programs.
Conduct various activities at the direction of the Resident Program Director.
Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
Expeiance conducting programs and activities for seniors (preferred)
Associate's Degree or equivalent form of a two-year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training
You are extremely patient, helpful and flexible with others when explaining directions and answering questions.
