What they are looking for in a candidate:

– Experience leading a small team, 20+

– Assembly or maybe chemical product experience with mechanical aptitude

– Lean toolkit experience would be nice (5S, Standard Work, etc)

– Budget development & management preferred

– Turn around or launch experience

– Autonomous and self managed: this is the top person on site

– BS req'd. BSIE / BSME. MBA would be nice
