- Maintenance Electrician Manufacture Exp Job Requirements Maintaining electrical maintenance troubleshooting repair following all NWH Attendance policies must follow all lock out tag out procedures work as part of the maintenance team to correct and enhance plant operations for the continued success of NWH capable of fabricating from drawings sketches for rebuilding existing parts continually improve skills through various educational opportunities offered willingness to ask questions if there is lack of understanding able to work any shift overtime weekends holidays as required in all conditions possess strong working understanding electricity 480v systems hydraulics small hand tools do required documentation legibly downtime reports able to work team get along with team members give take advice criticism other team members strong desire dedication determination succeed
