    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive radiation oncology services including planning and delivering radiation therapy to cancer patients
    • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including medical oncology, surgery, pathology, and radiology to optimize patient outcomes
    • Participate in tumor boards, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach to advance cancer care
    • Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to regulatory and safety standards
    • Engage in patient education and compassionate communication to support patients and families throughout treatment
