    A large aerospace company is looking for a Change Manager to join their Real Estate and Facilities organization. He/she will be responsible for a modernizaton strategy effecting 54 sites. This change manager will work with internal business units to understand content and scope for the initiative.

    Required Skills & Experience
    5 years of Change Management experience or similar levels of Human Resources, Communications or Project Management experience

    • Experience leading and championing change management activities, including frequent communication to staff and clients about the change and its impact.
    • Experience partnering with stakeholders and various cross functional teams
    • Experience in project management planning, executing, and monitoring change initiatives.
    This includes defining project scope, setting timelines, managing resources, and tracking progress.

    • Experience conducting impact assessment's, evaluating risks, and developing mitigation plans.
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    • Higher Education and/or

    Change Management Credentials:
    Higher education degree and/or industry recognized credentials (e.g. Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), PROSCI Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement (ADKAR); Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP))
