    Description
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Machine maintenance supporting daily manufacturing operations (i.e. troubleshooting machines)
    • Plant and operations maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing, cables, and general carpentry)
    • Read and interpret manuals to perform required maintenance and service
    • Use of hand and power tools in performing job duties
    • Housekeeping and janitorial services, if needed
    • Drive root cause analysis through structured diagnoses of equipment failures
    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must have prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Proficient in troubleshooting machines
    • Must be highly self-motivated to be able to identify, analyze and independently work to find solutions
    • Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
    • Working knowledge of design & wire - single and 3-phase systems
    • Knowledge of OSHA, safety, and hazardous materials
    • Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures and programs
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills
