    Home Remodeling Project Manager

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our home remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer service, and salesmanship.

    This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of home remodeling projects, from initial consultation to completion
    • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
    • Schedule installation dates and manage necessary paperwork for material orders and installer assignments
    • Sell additional products to increase revenue and earn commissions
    • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in construction account management, project management, or a similar role (at least 3 years)
    • Experience in residential exterior construction and safety (roofing/siding preferred)
    • Proficient in using CRM software (Job Nimbus preferred)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to upsell or add-on products to increase revenue
