- Create a fluid marketing action plan to promote our healthcare services to hospitals and healthcare providers and potential clients.
- Conduct occasional on-site assessments of potential patients to help navigate their long-term care.
- Track admission/discharge and rehospitalization data to understand the diagnosis trends in the industry so that our facility can adjust to serve the highest need.
- Skills to organize and plan public events hosting up to 100+ people.
- Have basic clinical knowledge of health and well being and the navigation of geriatric healthcare services.
- Skills and confidence to speak with doctors, specialists, and healthcare partners about the navigation of senior care.
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- College education or at least 3 years of related marketing and sales experience is preferred.
- Must possess a valid, clean driver's license.
- Must present a positive and professional image of the facility.
- Must be capable of performing all essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
