    Job Title: Part Time Case Manager/Administrative Assistant

    Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part Time Case Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our Buffalo Area Services Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong interpersonal skills.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases for the EFA department
    • Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports
    • Interact with volunteers, clients, and community partners as assigned
    • Assist in maintaining program fidelity and implementing day-to-day operations of the Emergency Family Assistance program
    • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other activities as requested or assigned

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma/GED with 1-2 years of experience
    • Superior interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy
    • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
    • Strong typing and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Ability to work with a diverse population
    • Bilingual/Spanish speaking is preferred
