    The Guthrie Clinic seeks an Engineer, IT Service Management to design implement support and maintain solutions within the IT Service Management platform. This role ensures high availability and performance for critical healthcare operations including patient care clinical applications administrative functions.

    • Implement manage ITSM processes and CMDB in an enterprise environment with 3-5 years of experience preferred.
    • Expertise in scripting automation workflows forms reports as well as configuration of ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
    • Proficiency in reporting tools Power BI Tableau web technologies JavaScript HTML CSS REST/SOAP web services.
