CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a
Compensation Analyst for a highly regarded client in Fort Worth, TX.

As the
Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing compensation data for alignment with company objectives and competitiveness, conducting market surveys and job evaluations, collaborating with HR and Finance for program design, communicating findings through reports, staying updated on trends, ensuring legal compliance, and suggesting process enhancements.

Qualified candidates will have at least Bachelors degree with 3+ years experience as Compensation Analyst and strong knowledge with compensation principles, market pricing, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements for the Compensation Analyst :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience as Compensation Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge with HRIS and compensation software

Compensation for the Compensation Analyst :

• Direct Hire - Full-time

Location:
Fort Worth, TX 76177 Onsite

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 40 hrs. a week


Pay:
$80k-$100k
