    Internally Developed Software:
    Lead the support of software applications developed in-houseWork closely with the Software Product team to understand application architecture and functionalityEnsure that software applications are robust, scalable, secure and aligned with user needs and business goalsOversee troubleshooting, updates, and user support for these applicationsIS Strategy and Planning:Develop strategic plans for the IS department, aligning them with overall business goalsStay informed on new trends and advancements in information technology to drive continuous improvementActively research solutions to enhance VieMed's ability to scale while minimizing manual work and processes

    Team Leadership and Development:
    Manage the IS staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluationsPromote a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and efficiencyRisk Management and Compliance:Implement policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance on all enterprise software systemsConduct regular risk assessments and audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standardsBudget Management and

    Manage the budget for the IS department, ensuring effective resource allocation for enterprise systems

    Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as a key liaison between IT, other departments, and external stakeholdersClearly communicate IS strategies, projects, and technology-related matters to non-technical audiencesQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldProven experience in managing enterprise software solutions within a healthcare environmentStrong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skillsSolid project management, organizational, and analytical skillsFamiliarity with current IT trends and developments, especially in healthcare technology solutionsProfessional certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP are beneficial
