    General Responsibilities

    Develop and execute communications strategies for the Americas and EMEA regions to deliver upon business goals and objectives.

    Lead the day-to-day execution of marketing communication activities that build the reputation of Novus, including but not limited to developing and coordinating campaign calendars, timelines, projects, and budgets.

    Plan, organize, and manage events, conferences, or trade shows.

    Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across various communication platforms, including blog posts, white papers and other content assets.

    Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
    Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
    Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing and communications campaigns.
    Learn, share, and advise of trends and insights relative to the Americas & EMEA marketplace.

    Collaborate with the entire MarCom team to add value using marketing analytics, including Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot and other platforms.

    Develop and improve relationships and awareness level of Novus with key media publications and editors throughout Americas & EMEA

    Serve as the main marketing and communications point of contact for Americas ruminants, engaging with key internal and external stakeholders proactively.

    Serve as the Salesforce super user in North America to ensure data accuracy and utilization for campaigns, as well as conduct trainings.

    Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
    General Guidance for Key Knowledge/Skills/Experience


    Strong, first-hand awareness and knowledge of dairy and beef industry in the Americas and EMEA, including economics and driving factors of the livestock industry.

    Bachelor's degree in animal science, marketing or business-related field.
    3-5 years minimum of applicable marketing and/or marketing communications experience in the agriculture industry.
    Proven ability to plan, think strategically and identify unexpected opportunities.
    Ability to synthesize information and provide analysis.
    Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence coworkers while fostering strong working relationships.
    Ability to stay focused and deliver amid competing priorities.
    Experience with marketing planning and execution.
    Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced organization.
    Excellent oral and written communications skills.
    Diverse experience and understanding of marketing channels.

    Strong understanding of various digital marketing and analytics tools, such asocial media, digital advertising, SEO, Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

    Ability to keep up to date on industry trends, marketing technologies, and emerging best practices.
    Initiative-taking mindset; positive attitude; team committed.
    Time management and detail orientated.
    Understand, interpret, and apply insights and data for planning, course adjustments and result evaluation.
    Strong listening skills
