- Collaborate with team members to respond to support tickets and emails to help clients resolve account-related inquiries.
- Review client account applications in adherence with compliance/risk procedures.
- Use client feedback to help the team internally streamline and optimize processes across the platform, working alongside the product and technology teams.
- Continuously review operating processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
- Adhere to all compliance/risk procedures and follow corporate and industry protocols.
- Follow all documented risk controls and escalation procedures to minimize risk to the firm.
- Strong written communication skills required.
- Ability to pass SIE and Series 7 examinations in a timely manner upon hire.
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, or Finance encouraged.
- Customer Service experience encouraged.
- Strong desire to work for a FinTech leader.
- Motivated, self-starter, who can collaborate effectively and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Must have a sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and strong prioritization skills.
- Always perform duties in a positive and professional manner using sound judgment.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
