    Job Title: Leasing Professional

    What You'll Do:
    • Be the on-site Tour Guide, showcasing community amenities
    • Build relationships and enhance resident living experiences
    • Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
    • Highlight unique features of the community
    • Follow up with potential renters through various channels
    • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs efficiently
    • Maintain property records and reports
    • Ensure safety and address maintenance needs promptly
    • Stay informed about the market and competition
    • Prepare regular reports and assist with resident services
    • Have a strong knowledge of the market
    • Assist with resident retention and day-to-day property operations
    • Perform additional duties as assigned


    What You Need:
    • 1+ year of experience in property management, sales, or customer service
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Willingness to work flexible schedules
    • Professional appearance and physical ability to perform tasks
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
