The Musco Facilities Team is currently seeking a Custodian to work from our Oskaloosa offices. This position will focus on maintaining a clean, professional appearance of all company office space.

The Custodian will ensure a safe and clean environment for all team members to work in and to be responsible for the inventory and ordering of beverages.

What you will do as a Custodian:

Dispose of trash from all trash receptacles (inside and outside) each dayPick up trash in parking lots, around entrances, loading docks, dumpsters and landscaped areas around the mallMaintain all floors by mopping, vacuuming, dust mopping or floor machineClean and sanitize all restroomsSet up and tear down equipment, tables and chairs needed for mall eventsDust common areas, as well as vacant suites and mall office, including additional properties as neededMaintain all cleaning equipment as needed to ensure proper performanceMaintain and stock all inventory itemsOther duties as assignedWhat you need to be successful:GED required / high school diplomaPrevious custodial experience preferredAble to follow established proceduresBasic knowledge of cleaning requirementsAbility to order and maintain an inventory of suppliesGood work ethic and takes pride in workAbility to prioritize and complete multiple dutiesMust be self-directed and able to work independentlyAble to communicate well with other team membersBasic computer knowledge a plus, excel a plusOther special requirements: Stand and walk most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs regularly, 50lbs+ on occasion.

Must be comfortable with cleaning chemicals Schedule:
