Alrol of America, Inc. is an international roller manufacturing company
The company focuses on providing custom World Class products and services for its customers.

Alrol is currently looking for a qualified new Team Member specialized in grinding rollers.

This position is in an industrial manufacturing environment.
This position requires manual labor, lifting up to 50 lbs.,
operating of lathes.

Main tasks

Precision grinding rubber rollers
Operating lathe and grinders

Interested candidates want to work and should have

A high school diploma or GED
Experience in operating lathes
Mechanical aptitude and experience
A valid Driver's License

Desired skills (affect starting pay)

Extended experience on lathes
Fabrication knowledge

Personal Skills

Wants to work
Interested in precision work
Able to work independently
