As a Mechanic, you'll repair and overhaul gas turbine engines.
Available shifts:
1st and 2nd shift available
What you'll do:
- Use milling machine to remove attached components from a part to be repaired
- Perform grinding operations on a rotary surface grinder
- Install detail components using specific fixtures and hand tools
- Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality
- Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy
- Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations
Position Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
