- Supports the Vice President-Revenos in growth with existing and new lead generation projects
- Ensuring updating and accuracy of Revenos P&L
- Managing Standard Operating Procedures and Policies & Procedures and other documents.
- Managing the the scheduling and maintaining of REVENOS Training calendar system
- Managing the Revenos Agent Certification program
- Alignment of contracts with Legal and Revenos
- Communicates REVENOS schedules for training, meetings across the enterprise
- Set up the recognition and celebration of birthdays and staff anniversaries
- Utilizing the various corporate databases for projects and problem resolution
- Documents/Sheets/Forms creation to acquire and maintain data retention.
- Leading all Project Management as directed
- Cross functional Reporting and ad hoc reporting duties
- Updating data in various systems
- Ensuring compliance and team alignment of duties
- Ensure accuracy of google drives and directory
- Liaison and communicating with other departments as requested to ensure knowledge sharing of Revenos increases across the Enterprise.

What you will do:
The Revenos Director, Operations Excellence provides leadership and support for the Revenos team on project management, communication and marketing across eXp Realty. Working with the Vice President-Revenos & Affiliated Services on tasks and projects supporting the growth and lead generation under the Revenos team. Works with the Revenos Division leadership to promote and support growth in each Division. Updates team as needed and performs as the conduit for communications among other departments.
