- Administer FMLA, OFLA, and other protected leaves to ensure organizational compliance and support employee needs.
- Manage the ADA interactive process and ensure compliance, assisting with accommodations and related matters.
- Oversee benefits administration, including health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), and flexible spending accounts, ensuring employees receive their entitled benefits smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous records, ensuring all compliance documentation, tracking, and file maintenance are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with conducting internal investigations as needed, providing support to ensure thorough and impartial processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.*
- Proven knowledge of employment law, especially pertaining to FMLA, OFLA, ADA, and other compliance-related areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of three years of experience in HR operations or a closely related field, demonstrating strong capability in compliance and administrative roles.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred, reflecting advanced professional HR knowledge.
