- As a member of Travelers' Contracts & Technology Legal Group, the successful candidate will be involved in all facets of commercial contracting issues, serving as lead counsel on strategic technology, vendor and other commercial transactions, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise out of existing commercial relationships and identifying opportunities for and implementing process improvements.
- Structure, review, draft and negotiate sophisticated and complex technology-related, cloud, software, outsourcing, strategic alliances, marketing, content and data license and other agreements, including those relating to professional services, consulting, software licensing, software as a service, and confidentiality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve both the efficiency and quality of legal support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and other staff across the legal department.
- Juris Doctorate or equivalent International legal degree; graduate of an accredited law school.
