    Description
    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This Finance position is in charge of conducting cycle counts, managing records of quantity, type, and value of material stocked in the establishment, investigating count discrepancies, performing quality checks, and assisting in the product recall process. Additionally, the role includes serving as a Will-call Clerk on scheduled Saturdays.

    Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Ensure accuracy of the in-house inventory through cycle counting and other assigned tasks.
    • Conduct warehouse cycle counts at least four times a year, focusing on pick and reserve slots for discrepancies and product integrity.
    • Perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items in coordination with Merchandising, and handle the recoup function.
    • Investigate reasons behind weight variations, receiving/put away/letdown challenges, and damaged products during warehouse moves.
    • Proactively monitor FIFO items for correct rotation.
    • Validate correctness of reserve recordings and pallet counts.
    • Check the put-away and transfer processes by day and night staff.
    • Initiate and document product transfers from cooler to freezer.
    • Analyze management reports and identify causes of inventory shrinkage.
    • Manage will call orders as per schedule.
    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • 1 year of experience preferred.
    Education and / or Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    Professional Skills:
    • Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence effectively.
    • Capable of speaking confidently to customer groups or organization associates.
    • Must possess excellent listening skills for two-way communication.
    • Proficient in basic mathematical operations and problem-solving.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficient in English language skills.
